The Sailing Area
We are based in the heart of the Tuscan coastline at Puntone di Scarlino in the Bay of Follonica near Punta Ala. This is one of the prime sailing areas in Italy.
From here we reach Elba in 3 hours, ideal for day sailing but also big enough to spend a whole week there. Islands like Giglio and the Tuscan main land offer other great sailing opportunities. A wide selection of beautiful beaches and bays, perfect for snorkelling and swimming are part of the areas’ marine and nature reserves with ample wildlife to watch including dolphins.
Longer trips can take you to Corsica and Sardinia, the French Riviera in the north west and Capri and Naples in the south.
